Bluto

Title: Popeye’s archenemy Bluto is a stereotypical pirate that roams the seven seas in search of adventure and treasure. He often butts heads with Popeye and attempts to attract Olive. He is exceptionally strong and he believes he is the descendant to Black Beard the pirate.
