White Maiden

Rank: Supreme Goddess White Maiden was worshiped on the Islands of Lostasia as their sacred supreme goddess. She made men and women and gave them the gift of fire and grew plants for them to eat. Their homes she made straw and stones to protect them from harsh weathers. Although she was always seen happy and very loving, this deity also was associated with war and death. When angered by those who dare hurt animals or her many wonders of nature, she would bring war to their homes or cities. After the death of someone she would carry their souls to a temple where she burned them so they could be reborn. Fires are lit along with burning the bodies of the dead so that those who die could be reborn. Once reborn children are given the names of those once passed away to not just honor them but to give them similar traits that they had. Her real name is unknown but because of drawings on wet sap paper caused her to become the now name White Maiden.
